One of the key projects I led involved a comprehensive overhaul of a dynamic loan application platform designed for banks to configure and deploy customized online loan applications. This initiative introduced a flexible template system with configurable permissions and conditional logic, allowing each financial institution to tailor the user experience to the specific requirements of their individual banking products. The project required a complete reimagining of the user journey across multiple personas and roles, accounting for both internal stakeholders and end consumers. Over the course of several months, I conducted numerous user feedback sessions and led dozens of design iterations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to incorporate insights from stakeholders across disciplines.
